Portrait photography is basically about two things, relationships and technique. And this photo shoot was definitely about both. It was a great opportunity to hang out with our old friends Amanda and Ella again, and it was a chance to get to some gritty locations and try out some portrait lighting techniques.

We love wedding photography. Partially because we can get beautiful, emotional portraits like the one below. And partially because we get to meet a lot of interesting people, and get caught up in the momentum of the day. And Dave and Linda’s wedding day was an experience to remember!
