Today we’re celebrating summer, thrifted clothes, non-models and a fashion shoot that has more than once been referred to as “Anthropologie“-esque. Check it out – we hope you agree.

Fashion Photography for Everyone
You know us. You know we love fashion. And that flare, that drama, that edge – that’s what we bring to every photoshoot. Why should models be the only ones who get hair, makeup and wardrobe? So when we do a fashion shoot it’s not to say, “Hey, this person is prettier and better in front of the camera than you’ll ever be.” It’s to say, “Hey, this elegance, style and beauty is something you can and should have, and we want to do that for you.”
A string of awesome non-models
Recently we have been blown away by the ladies who have “modeled” for us. (Check out this sneak peek from our shoot for By Francis Frank to see another amazing “non-model!”) Kali, who is featured in these photos, has never modeled in her life. But you would never guess it – she did such an awesome job! When you have a team that you can trust to make you look good, it’s amazing what you can do in front of the camera. This shoot was absolutely confirmation for us that what we want to bring to everyday women is absolutely attainable. Which makes us super happy.
The low-down on this killer fashion
Cora Rasp of Coriander is a miracle worker. I follow her to thrift shops around Omaha and am amazed at the stuff she finds! All this goes to show is that with the right eye and a little patience, you can look as awesome as our little Kali did in this shoot. That’s right. Almost all of the items featured in this shoot were thrifted! But if you need a little help for a shoot, a big event or even a wardrobe overhaul, Cora is always ready to help out. Check out the Coriander fashion blog to read more about her and her awesome style.
In the meantime, enjoy the hot fashion that’ll keep you cool this summer.
